Virtual Visits
FREE – (15 min) If each member of your class or book club has read my book (CONFESSIONS OF A CLASS CLOWN), I’d love to meet with you free of charge! I’ll answer questions and give insight into the heart behind the book and its making. NOTE: this offer is currently only available for classes/clubs who have read CONFESSIONS OF A CLASS CLOWN
$80 – (45 min) IDEAS ARE EVERYWHERE presentation. This is a Google slides presentation with interactive elements. Let’s discuss how to find/mold ideas and create a great start to your story. Last 10 minutes will be a Q&A.
$100 – (45 min) Writing workshop. Let’s practice writing! I’ll teach a concept using interactive activities, and each student will get a chance to create a great piece of writing. There are two workshop options: Writing with Sensory Details or Writing Captivating Dialogue.
Large group: (Assemblies, Combined classes in the school library, etc.)
$150 – IDEAS ARE EVERYWHERE (45 minutes). This is a Google slides presentation with interactive elements. Let’s discuss how to find/mold ideas and create a great start to your story. There may be giant dice involved. Last 10 minutes will be a Q&A. Book signing included afterward.
I’m happy to do up to three presentations at a school. The second and third would be discounted to $100 each.
Speed Friendshipping Event
$120 for one class, $200 for two combined classes – (45 minutes.)
This activity is SO FUN and rewarding. Students will rotate conversational partners in times rounds. I’ll intersperse the fun with excerpts from CONFESSIONS OF A CLASS CLOWN (which revolves around a speed friendshipping club) and give conversational tips, utilizing the book HOW TO WIN FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE. Students will get to make new connections and put to practice some social skills!
I’m happy to do multiple speed friendshipping events at a school. The subsequent events would be discounted 25%, even if they take place on a different day.
In-person: Small Group/Book Club/Single classrooms
$40 – Meet-and-greet (30 min): I’ll introduce myself, do a reading, and share a bit about the creation of the book. Then, I’ll answer your questions about the book/being an author/ whatever you’d like to know!
$40 – Book Discussion: (45 min) For groups who have finished one of my books! We’ll do the meet-and-greet PLUS I’ll bring some discussion topics and character-related activities.

Additional Notes
-I live in Mesa and travel around the valley (Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Queen Creek, etc.) If the location is more than 10 miles from my home, a driving fee from $15-$30 will apply, depending on distance.
-Book orders. How we do this is up to you. I will provide either a pre-order form or a book information form that encourages the students to buy the book beforehand and bring it to school on the day of the presentation for signing. I can drop off the books at your school, unless your school would like to procure them yourselves. I will bring additional copies to sell on the day of the presentation.
